1. Is there a minimum purchase requirement?


No! You may elect to not receive a given monthly selection as much as you want. However, we believe you will want to receive -all- of our great puzzles.

2. What if I receive a puzzle with something wrong with it?


If you receive a puzzle that is defection, say missing a piece or a bad die-cut, simply contact us using the Member Services page (click here) and we will send you a Return Postal Label. You may use this label to send us the puzzle postage paid via USPS Priority Mail. We will replace the puzzle immediately.

3. Can I cancel any time I want?


Yes. Simply notify us of your intention using the Member Services page and we will cancel your membership immediately. Please understand that if you cancel after a puzzle has been shipped you will still be billed for that particular puzzle.

4. Where do you get your puzzles?


Our puzzles are not "special production editions", cheap versions of the real thing. All of our puzzles are produced by quality US puzzle manufacturing companies that have been in the business for a long time.

5. Can I order additional copies of a puzzle?


Of course! During the monthly selection period, simply access the web site using your member password and indicate on the current selection screen the total number of copies you want in the box labeled "Copies Of This Selection".

6. Can I order additional copies of a past puzzle selection?


Generally, limited quantities of past selections are available. Just drop us a note using the Member Services page and let us know the specific puzzle you are looking for. We will let you know the cost and availability.

7. Can I give a membership as a gift?


Of course! The easiest way to give the Jigsaw Puzzle of the Month Club as a gift is to put the recipient's EMail address and shipping address information in the "Shipping Address" area of the membership sign-up form. That way the monthly selection information and the puzzles will be sent to your friend with billing to you.
