Shipping Policy and Rates

Your puzzles are usually shipped within 7 days of the date when selection closes, which is approximately the 23rd of the month. Due to postal delays and schedules we cannot guarantee arrival of a puzzle to you by a specific date.
Shipping rates are calculated as a flat average rate from our facility in Maryland. In most cases, we ship USPS Priority Mail.
Return Policy

In general, we cannot accept returned puzzles except in the case of a product defect. Defective puzzles, i.e. missing pieces or bad cuts, can always be returned. Please use the Member Service Request Form to request a return for a defective puzzle. Defective puzzles will be replaced at no charge.
Membership Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time without penalty. Please remember that your credit card is charged when puzzles are shipped, so if you cancel after a shipment has been made you will still be charged for that shipment.
Credit Card Charge and Refund Policy

We charge your credit card for puzzles and shipping when puzzles are shipped. Once a shipment has been made, we accept returns for exchange only in the case of defective merchandise.
